How do I export my groups?

Export everything as CSV in Account puts every group you are in, archived ones included, and what you share with friends outside any group, in one file. Export this group as CSV in a group's Group settings exports only that group, and Export as CSV on a friend's page only what you share with them. Your share sheet then opens, to save the file or send it.

Each row is an expense or a payment: its date, description, category, currency and amount, the amount in the group's currency, then what each person paid and what each person owes. A friend's file has the two of you only, with the group each row is in and what it puts between you. The column names are in English.

Notes, comments and receipts are not in the file.

Export as often as you like, whether or not you ever bought anything. If Evensies ever stops, the export keeps working until the end; the trust page says how.
